If you receive a damaged product or a product that does not match the item you selected on the Arasha Store website, you may return it to us in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
Once the product has been received, Arasha Store will inspect it. If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will begin the refund process immediately. The refund period will not exceed one month from the date the returned shipment is received.
The refund will include the amount paid for the product, as well as the amount paid for shipping and delivery to the customer.
